Arabic and right-to-left design

Bilingual design is more than flipping a layout. Arabic text has different lengths, line heights and typographic needs. Icons that imply direction, such as arrows and progress indicators, must be mirrored thoughtfully, while numbers, charts and some media may not be. We design Arabic and English versions together, so both feel native rather than one being an afterthought.
