How we approach an automation project

Automations are built with scheduled jobs, queues, webhooks and APIs, usually on Laravel, and can live inside an existing system or run as a separate service. Every automated action is logged, failures trigger alerts, and important steps can require a human confirmation before they proceed. When automation depends on connecting several platforms, we combine it with our API and system integration work.
