Friend Tech POS
A point of sale configured around your counter, branches and VAT needs.
Friend Tech POS is a point of sale system that we tailor to each client rather than selling as a fixed, one-size package. It is intended for retail shops, restaurants and cafés, trading businesses and service counters in Bahrain that need a POS matching how they actually sell.
How it is delivered
Friend Tech POS is provided as a tailored implementation. We start from a common foundation for sales, products, stock and reporting, then configure or extend it for your business type, branch structure and integrations. This means a café does not get screens designed for a hardware store, and a trading company can have the purchasing and stock controls it needs.
Built with local requirements in mind
The system is designed to support Bahrain's 10% VAT invoicing requirements, with tax shown on receipts and invoices and VAT summaries for reporting. Amounts are handled in BHD with three decimal places. Interfaces and printed receipts can be set up in Arabic and English, depending on your printers. We recommend confirming your specific tax obligations with a qualified advisor.
Multi-branch and connected
For businesses with more than one location, products and prices can be managed centrally while stock and sales are tracked per branch. Friend Tech POS can be connected to inventory, accounting or an online store where required. Card payment integration is subject to provider and client account availability.
