Friend Tech ERP is a modular enterprise resource planning system designed for small and medium-sized companies in Bahrain and the wider GCC. Its purpose is to replace scattered spreadsheets and disconnected tools with a single database for day-to-day operations.
Current status
Friend Tech ERP is currently in development. It is not yet available as a ready-to-use product. Organisations interested in it can discuss early adoption or a tailored implementation, where we build on the ERP foundation and adapt modules to their processes. Early conversations also help shape which features are prioritised.
Planned scope
The system is being designed around modules that can be introduced in phases, so a business can start with the areas that matter most and add others later:
- Sales, quotations and invoicing, designed to support Bahrain's 10% VAT invoicing requirements
- Purchasing and supplier management
- Inventory across warehouses and branches
- Accounting basics such as receivables, payables and financial reports
- HR and payroll links, and management dashboards
Designed for how GCC companies work
Friend Tech ERP is planned with Arabic and English interfaces, BHD as the base currency with support for other currencies, multi-branch structures and role-based access. Integration with POS, e-commerce and third-party services through APIs is part of the design.
