Friend Tech CRM

Friend Tech CRM is a customer relationship management system planned for sales and service teams in Bahrain and the GCC. It is intended for businesses where enquiries arrive through calls, website forms, social media and WhatsApp, and where follow-ups are currently tracked in notebooks, chat histories or spreadsheets.
Current status
Friend Tech CRM is coming soon. It is at the planning stage and is not yet available for use. Businesses interested in it can register their interest, and organisations that need a CRM now can discuss a tailored implementation through our CRM Systems service.
What it is planned to cover
The CRM is planned to capture leads from website forms and other sources into a single list, assign them to team members and move them through a clear sales pipeline. Each customer record is intended to hold contact details, notes, quotations, activities and reminders, so anyone picking up an account can see what has already happened.
Because many customers in Bahrain prefer messaging, the design includes quick WhatsApp contact from customer records and logging of follow-ups. Any automated messaging would depend on approved providers and your account availability.
Reports for managers
Planned reports include lead sources, conversion by stage, team activity and overdue follow-ups, helping managers see where opportunities are being lost.
Connected by design
Friend Tech CRM is being planned with Arabic and English interfaces and API integration with websites, ERP, accounting and marketing tools.
